We are pleased to announce that, on October 16, 2026, Unison Capital Partners VI, LPS acquired shares in Vision Craft Inc. (the “Company”).

The Company is a buy-and-build platform focused on M&A and post-acquisition growth in the staffing and outsourcing sector. It has expanded its business through acquisitions of regionally established staffing and outsourcing companies. Its major group companies include G&G Holdings Co., Ltd., which provides staffing services primarily in the Hokuriku region, and Techno Human Power Co., Ltd., which provides outsourced manufacturing services at semiconductor manufacturers’ production facilities.

As Japan’s population continues to decline and age, labor shortages among frontline workers supporting social infrastructure and manufacturing operations are expected to become increasingly acute. The staffing and outsourcing sector includes numerous regionally established small and medium-sized businesses, many of which have been unable to fully capitalize on growth opportunities due to limited resources in areas such as recruitment, training, sales, and digital transformation.

Unison aims to support the sustainable growth and long-term enhancement of enterprise value across these businesses by pursuing further acquisitions through the Company and strengthening capabilities across its group companies.
