We are pleased to announce that on June 7, 2024, Unison Capital Partners V, LPS and Unison Capital Partners V(J), L.P. (collectively, “Unison”) have completed the acquisition of Kurumeshi, Inc. (“Kurumeshi” or the “Company”).

Since its establishment in 2010, Kurumeshi has provided platform-based services “Kurumeshi Bento” and “Chef Colle” that connect member restaurants and bento shops with consolidated boxed lunch and catering needs of corporate/institutional clients through an EC mall platform, providing support in product development, ordering, payment, and delivery.

This acquisition is positioned as an investment in a growing company in the B2B services sector, which is a focus area for Unison. Based on the “Customer Experience First” corporate philosophy that has been upheld since its establishment, Unison aims to support the Company’s growth by strengthening its corporate infrastructure through Unison’s expertise in promoting digital transformation.
