We are pleased to announce that Community Healthcare Coordination Platform, Inc. (“CHCP”), a group company of Unison Capital, Inc. (“Unison”), has established CHCP Dental, Inc. (“CHCP Dental”) to provide management support for dental clinics.

CHCP aims to realize a new community-based integrated care system, in which healthcare providers such as dispensing pharmacies, medical institutions (e.g. hospitals, medical clinics, dental clinics) and homecare (e.g. nursing care, caregiving service) mutually collaborate to provide each community with efficient and high-quality medical services. Dental clinics are playing an increasingly important role in this care system.

CHCP, through its group company CHCP Dental, will provide management support to Hakuaikai Medical Corporation (“Hakuaikai”). Hakuaikai has served medical needs across Niihama, Ehime Prefecture since its establishment in 1991.

Unison, together with CHCP, will continue to provide management support for dental clinics.
