The contact concerning complaints and disputes with the Company is stated below. The Company has implemented the measures described below in order to respond to complaints and to resolve disputes in connection with its financial instruments business (Type II Financial Instruments Business, and Investment Advisory & Agency Business).

Complaints handling and disputes resolution related to Type II Financial Instruments Business

The Company will seek to handle complaints and resolve disputes through the Financial Instruments Mediation Assistance Center (FINMAC), to which services related to complaint resolution and mediation have been outsourced by the Type II Financial Instruments Firms Association of which we are a member.
