We are pleased to announce that Community Healthcare Coordination Platform, Inc. (“CHCP”), a group company of Unison Capital, Inc. (“Unison”) will provide management support to Kumagaya General Hospital in collaboration with Hokuto Social Medical Corporation (“Hokuto”) (collectively, the “Transaction”).

CHCP, through its group company CHCP-HP, with provide comprehensive management support and collaborate with Hokuto by leveraging Hokuto’s experience with hospital-specific value-add and access to medical resources to further strengthen Kumagaya General Hospital’s clinical functions.

Kumagaya General Hospital has served medical needs across the Northern Saitama area since its establishment in 2006 through a business transfer from Saitama Kouseiren. Through a collaboration between CHCP and Hokuto, we aim to further solidify Kumagaya General Hospital’s position deeply rooted in the local medical community.

The Transaction is funded by Unison Capital Partners V, LPS, (quot;UCP Vquot;) established as of June 30, 2020. Through UCP V, Unison, together with CHCP, will continue to aim in creating a new community care model by supporting healthcare providers cooperate to build a system through which to provide medical and long-term care optimized to the needs of the local community.
